Thank you for shopping with Crafty Plug Creations! Because every piece is uniquely designed and handcrafted just for you, please allow time for us to create your order before it ships.

Production & Shipping Timeline: All orders require 7–14 business days for design, creation, and processing before they are shipped. This timeline does not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Carriers: We ship via standard carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) depending on your location and order size.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Delivery Estimates: Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control. Crafty Plug Creations is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier.
